ADIDAS: a new quality of communication in response to the challenges of war

The challenge

At the beginning of 2024, adidas faced the challenge of significantly strengthening its communication presence in Ukraine across both the fashion and sports segments. The goal was not merely to announce new collections or partnerships, but to build an emotional connection with the Ukrainian audience during wartime. 

A special focus was placed on positioning the brand as a cultural player — relevant, inspiring, and capable of influencing the social and media landscape. We needed to create a new quality of dialogue between adidas and the Ukrainian consumer — honest, powerful, and recognizable.

The solution

We became adidas’ permanent communication partner in Ukraine, developing creative concepts, managing influencer collaborations, and supporting the brand’s media presence and each new project launch.

Key campaigns included:

  • adidas x Schnaider — Alexandra Zaritska became the face of the collection, and the campaign transcended fashion to become a cultural event. We engaged celebrity influencers and leading media outlets to integrate the clothing into conversations about identity.
  • adidas x UAF (Ukrainian Association of Football): One Shirt — One Country — a large-scale campaign launching the new national team uniform. We collaborated with influencers, produced content, secured Forbes coverage, over 100 media mentions, and orchestrated a national-scale media event.
  • The Original Superstar, Terrex, Superstar — supported product launches with extensive coverage on Instagram and in the media.
