The HAVAS Red Ukraine team was tasked with not only exploring a new business sector, but also developing a communication strategy for two distinct audiences: Ukrainians interested in investing in a Canadian fund, and international investors focused on the Western Canadian market.
To build a relevant and effective strategy, the team conducted dozens of hours of in-depth interviews with both Ukrainian and Canadian stakeholders to uncover their needs, pain points, and expectations. The key insight that shaped the communication approach was clear: Ukrainian investors trust people and personal stories, while Canadian investors rely on numbers and transparency.
Drawing on this research, HAVAS Red Ukraine developed a comprehensive communication strategy and content plan tailored to the foundation and its top executives, with personalized rubrics for each audience.
A pivotal role in the project was played by Serhii Stiopa, a serial entrepreneur known for building a successful pharmaceutical business and now investing in a private equity fund. HAVAS Red Ukraine was proud to support the launch of his new venture.
The brand book was also developed by Havas Ukraine. The team explored color psychology to craft a visual identity rooted in associative forms that reflect the core values and mission of the company.
