That authentic message has transcended generations and is now being used as a mantra for mental strength as we continue our battle against COVID-19.\u00a0<\/p><p>Finding the right message and striking the right tone are what help us act positively together.<span id=\"more-5310\"><\/span>\u00a0While we may not be able to carry on as normal, carry on we must. Leaders are under enormous pressure to find the right words to communicate in a way that balances optimism with brutal reality.
